Friday, June 23, 20062day turned out to be of a nice weather. awoke at around 12 or so. was kinda in the sleep mode still. lol. met up with han wei and chun hao before heading for bedok to meet leon, jeremy, jonathan and wen bing at the half pipe. soon after, hamtie came with the spaghetti she promised to make me. so touched lar. she skated from her house with the spaghetti in hand. x) thanks hor hamtie. (: it was nice food. hahas. very nice to eat. gobbled it all up in a matter of minutes.
went to kfc at central after that to have lunch. we were barspinning all the way there. han wei and me held the record of 8 barspins consecutively. hahas. i'm gonna be breaking that record soon. x) leon and me 180'ed some huge 3 stair gap. leon pulled it off. i had one attempt where my snafu slipped and i literally butt slid on the rough ground. crap. lol. i attracted lots of attention but i didn't really mind since i'm sort of an attention seeker. pulled it off on the next try. there was also this thin ledge next to some stairs. i went on to grind it after the guys asked me to try. went back to the half pipe after that. hamtie was tired from skating here and there. lol. from home to half pipe. half pipe to central and back to half pipe again. poor girl. we jokingly commented that we should bring a string to ferry her around on her skateboard by her pulling onto us. lols. sessioned the half pipe and went to sheng siong after han wei and chun hao went home. grind heaven as we know it. had to fetch hamtie there. she had a vice-like grip on my shoulders. almost strangled me to death sia. lol. it was really fun there. i finally pulled off a nice manual to feeble and was trying barspins outta feebles. x) leon's chain broke from him trying nut grinds. at around 7.30 or so, the weather started to look treacherous. the clouds were uber red and soon after, it started pouring. ate dinner at the kopi tiam next to sheng siong and went to tamp to bike. cy and leon tan came to meet me. brothers. lol. they rode their "ah pek bikes" and the night was damn fun lah. hahas. catching up with them. cy managed to 180 off sp2. that was cool to see. lol. and leon ng was trying 180s up sp2. omg. until his chain broke for the 2nd time of the day. he was gettin close thou. went to slack with cy and leon tan at mr prata for supper and went home after a tired day of riding.
